We are pleased to announce that SCCS has signed a distribution agreement to supply the GeoKod Rail Panel Rectification (PRS) System in the UK and Ireland. This solution has been jointly developed as a collaboration between GeoKod Rail and Leica Geosystems, both industry leaders in their fields. It consists of a series of Track Bars and an optional Track Measuring Device (more commonly referred to as a track trolley) along with field and office software. This Innovate UK competition-winning system has been in development for some time. It is designed to improve the efficiency and precision of placing precast concrete track slabs without rails being attached. The GeoKod PRS expands the rail offering from SCCS, demonstrating our commitment to the rail industry with innovative, productive solutions.

"Here is some "action" from our recent Panel Rectification System (PRS) demonstration event at our training school in Whitchurch. We were delighted to invite along the HS2 engineers and surveyors responsible for the trackwork and also the tier one contractor preferred bidders. We successfully demonstrated the Innovate UK competition winner and its two "First Of A Kind (FOAK)" innovations that help to improve both accuracy and productivity for precise positioning of pre-cast panels for slab track. The PRS is manufactured by Geokod in the Czech Republic and utilizes Leica Geosystems TS16, TS60 or MS60. It is distributed and supported in the UK by SCCS."
