Stream EM is the multi-channel ground penetrating radar solution dedicated to utility locating and mapping.
The solution has been conceived to cover tens of hectares/day, obtaining the best utilities detection quality thanks to 40 separate channels. The solution includes double polarized (VV and HH) antennas to cover wide road surfaces. The system maintains the same maximum data collection speed, 15 Km/h, with only longitudinal scans for both longitudinal and transversal pipes detection.
Stream EM makes possible what was a dream until now. Imagine mapping all the underground utilities in large areas of dozens of hundreds Km2, obtaining clear and easily enterable results. The high number of antennas increase the quality of the data achievable boosting the reliability of pipes detection.
Stream EM is easily dismountable, enabling it to be transported in a van. It can be reconfigured for mapping sidewalks and difficult areas. The systems is also easily adapted, by using suitable kits, for other applications (archaeology, environmental, road/runway).
The systems features:
- Massive array of 40 antennas in two polarizations: A massive array of 40 antennas ensures a high sampling density. This results in accurate 3D modeling of the subsurface and ease of detecting buried targets and anomalies. The use of both polarisations provides optimal detection of main and junction pipes at the same time.
- Speed: Stream EM can be towed by a car up to 15 km/h. This boosts productivity as Stream EM can:
- Survey many miles per day
- Be operated by only two people
- Run continuously without interrupting traffic
- Keeps the crew safe inside the vehicle.
- Accurate to less than 5 cm: Stream EM can be interfaced with GPS or a total station to accurately geo-locate the surveyed area. All the pipes, cables and anomalies are detected with high accuracy and are individually distinguishable.
- Professional Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) survey: Pipes, cables and buried object can be automatically transferred to CAD and GIS format with a proprietary software tool.

We will normally send your order the next working day for stock items or the same day if we receive your order before 2pm.
We despatch orders Monday to Friday and our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday although we can arrange a Saturday morning delivery if requested.

Product Availability
We make every effort to keep all our products in stock. **If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately, inform you when it will be in stock and then get hold of it as quickly as possible. When we receive the item we will send it to you by next-day delivery.
If an item is not available at the time of purchase, we will inform you and advise of the estimated delivery date. You will be given the option to cancel the order or wait for the goods.

Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us we will be happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us unused, undamaged and fully resaleable within 10 working days of receipt by the customer. The cost of returning any goods other than faulty goods is paid by the customer.
The customer is liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customers part.
If goods are returned to us after 10 working days or not in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge.
Please keep your proof of postage from the Post Office until we have confirmed that we have received your returned items.
Refunds will be made to debit/ credit cards within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods. There is no refunds on software once payment has been received.
